What Are Council & Site Costs?

These are costs specifically associated with your lot area and site conditions. These costs are only known once more information about your lot is obtained. You can pay these directly, without the builders’ margin, so that you know exactly what you are paying for or we can manage them on your behalf.

What About Builders’ Margin?

The Wholesale Builder charges no margin, but rather a flat management fee of $30,000 per build, for a complete turnkey service.
